1. Data Collected & Purposes

Grammigo places the highest priority on user privacy. We collect only the minimum necessary data required to provide our educational experience and synchronize learning progress:

• Account Data: User ID, full name, and email address provided through Sign in with Apple.
• Learning & Progress Data: Earned points, XP, league ranks, streak days, and mistake bank.
• Local Storage: AsyncStorage is used on your device for offline functionality.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure

We utilize enterprise-grade cloud providers Supabase and Vercelfor secure authentication and database storage. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using TLS 1.3 and AES-256 standards. We NEVER sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Retention & Account Deletion Right

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), users have the absolute right to delete their account and all stored cloud records at any time directly in the app via Profile > Delete Account. Deletion is instantaneous and permanently removes all user records from our database servers.

4. Children's Privacy

Grammigo does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe such data has been collected unintentionally, please notify our team for immediate removal.
