1. Acceptance of Terms & Parties
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grammigo (OrionthComp) governing your access to and use of the Grammigo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Grammigo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Eligibility & Sign in with Apple
Grammigo utilizes "Sign in with Apple" for secure authentication, profile synchronization, and session management. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Grammigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, reverse engineering, or security violations.
3. Educational Scope & Personal Use License
Grammigo is an educational application designed to enhance English vocabulary, grammar structures, and verb conjugations. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for non-commercial educational use. All branding, retro user interfaces, datasets, algorithms, and source code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Grammigo.
4. Grammigo Plus Subscriptions & RevenueCat Integration
Grammigo offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription tier ("Grammigo Plus") providing unrestricted 100% access to all vocabulary categories, Family Sharing (up to 5 members), and comprehensive exercises. Subscriptions are billed directly through your Apple App Store account and verified via RevenueCat receipt infrastructure. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Grammigo (OrionthComp) does not offer direct refunds for subscriptions or digital purchases. All purchases and subscription management are subject to Apple App Store standard terms and policies.
6. Progress, Apple iCloud & Cloud Synchronization
Grammigo is engineered with an offline-first architecture. Scores and learning progress are stored locally on your device. When Apple iCloud synchronization is active, your study groups, mistake bank, favorites, and custom words are backed up to your private Apple iCloud and synchronized across your devices. When signed in with Apple, high-level summary metrics (such as XP, level, and streak days) are synced to our cloud servers.
7. Analytics, Performance Telemetry & Continuous Improvement
To continuously optimize the educational experience, diagnose crashes, and ensure system stability, anonymous performance and diagnostic tools may be utilized.
8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, send automated malicious queries, bypass security measures, or redistribute the application or its underlying data sets for commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Grammigo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific academic exam outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grammigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Account Deletion & Data Management
Users may permanently delete their account and associated data or reset their learning history at any time through the application settings.

12. Governing Language, Web Precedence & Current Terms
Grammigo’s Terms of Service and all legal documentation are translated into multiple languages solely for the convenience of our international users. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between translated versions and the English version, the official English language version published on our official website (grammigo.orionthcomp.tech/legal/terms) shall strictly govern, prevail in all legal respects, and represent the most up-to-date and binding terms.
