1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Grammigo mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Service & License
Grammigo is an educational mobile application designed to improve English vocabulary and grammar through interactive quiz modules. You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded products that you own or control.
3. User Accounts & Sign in with Apple
Grammigo utilizes Sign in with Apple for secure biometric authentication and cloud progress synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You have the full right to permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from within the app (Profile > Delete Account).
4. Intellectual Property
The Grammigo brand, logo, vocabulary databases, UI designs, animations, sound design, and custom software algorithms are the exclusive property of OrionthComp and are protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Grammigo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific academic exam results.
